if they can't think of anything good to say then don't post
well stargate it depends what you consider to be rubbish doesn't it, after all, what is rubbish to you might not be rubbish to someone else and vice versa. these are public message boards, and people can create whatever topics they choose, there are ignore features in place, and if you specifically don't want to put a user on ignore, you can just skip past what they post.
I will only add that people can not in fact create what ever topics they choose as I have seen a few topics created and then deleted by the admins. But in general i do believe that the zone believes in the freedom of speech and 99.9% of the time, your topic is allowed to stand as is.
very very rarely though has it happened that topics have been deleted, the only ones I know of are those posted by the lovely a b c character and his other likenesses.
That's true, but the fact remains that our topics we create are censored by the Admins. If they think it is Rubbish, then they will delete it. However; If we think it is rubbish, we can ignore the topic. As the front page of the zone says "We believe in the freedom of speech" and "We are not your parents". So they leave it up to us to pick and choose the topics we feel have validity and ignore the ones that do not. I feel that this is a topic that depends a great deal on our perception. -- JG

It's called freedom of speech. If it wasn't for this we'd all be bitching don't you think? If you don't like the post don't post to it, or just simply hit the ignore button and you won't see what this person's posting. Otherwise I'd say chill.

Stargate, define rubbish posts. Yes people do have freedom to post what they want rubbish or not. C Mitchel is correct about the ignore thing, but people wouldn't bitch if they didn't have the freedom to. Bitching isn't necessarily a bad thing anyway, it can provide some great drama as has been prooven in the past on this site.

Look at all the posts from your woman some of which havew already been asked several times before..I believe how did you get your user name is on its 3rd rotation..this is not good enough, also 1 must not forget that Stargate with her delusions of being a CL, asked for the entire reconfiguration of the site, because she could only get american time..Its an american site numpty, I presume you own a watch if so why don't you damn well use it and grow up!
